* An Early-bird fee of € 1290 is available to those who pay in full at least one month before course starts. Course fees are given in Euros, please use the currency converter to calculate the costs.

CELTA FEE INCLUDES:

• tuition by a permanent team of fully qualified and experienced Cambridge CELTA teacher trainers
• Cambridge English CELTA registration fee (currently £ 145 per person), which covers the external course moderation visit by a Cambridge assessor and core administration costs
• all course materials, use of school facilities including printing, photocopying, library access and free wifi access
• administrative assistance before, during and after the course from Matěj and Jaime

IF YOU NEED TO ACQUIRE VISA TO ENTER THE CZECH REPUBLIC, AND ...

• you need an invitation letter, please contact Matěj, who is able to send you the letter once you have been accepted and made the payment of the course fees
• you did not get your visa in time and will inform us more than 10 working days before the course starting date we´ll refund the whole fee minus 100 Euro admin fee
• you did not get your visa in time and will inform us less than 10 working days before the course starting date, no refund will be given but we can consider transferring the fees to another course (subject to availability)

We strongly recommend checking the length of the visa process at your nearest Czech embassy before applying to the course.

If the full payment or the deposit is not made and confirmed within 5 working days, AKCENT IH reserves the right to offer the place on the course to another applicant.
We also require to have the whole amount paid two weeks before the course start!
Please note that you are responsible for any bank charges incurred during the transfer. Usually both banks, yours and ours, will charge some money and the overall amount normally comes to about 20 Euro.
Please don´t forget, when making the payment, to indicate your name and what you´re paying for so the payment can be easily identifiable (That's not SHA (shared) but OUR (ours)).

CELTA CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have paid the full fee:

• In the case of cancellation 6 weeks or more before the course starting date, the whole fee (course fee, or course fee + accommodation) will be refunded minus 150€ admin fee.
• With less than 6 weeks‘ notice, 50% of the total course fee will be refunded.
• If cancellation occurs in the final 10 working days before the starting date, no refund will be given.
• However, we will consider transferring the fees to another course (conditional upon vacancies) but a 20% cancellation fee will be charged if this change will be made in less than 4 weeks before the course starting date.
• We reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than 4 people are enrolled. In this case we can transfer your fees to any future course or refund the fees you have paid in full.
• Refunds will be paid within 2 weeks after receiving your full bank details.

If you have paid a 50% deposit:

• In the case of cancellation 6 weeks or more before the course starting date, the amount you have paid will be refunded minus 150€ admin fee.
• With less than 6 weeks‘ notice, no refund will be given.
• However, we will consider transferring the fees to another course (conditional upon vacancies) but a 20% cancellation fee will be charged if this change will be made in less than 4 weeks before the course starting date.
• We reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than 4 people are enrolled. In this case we can transfer your fees to any future course or refund the fees you have paid in full.
• Refunds will be paid within 8 weeks after receiving your full bank details.
